1, check the drum gear coupling surface meshing status, the contact area along the tooth height is not less than 50%, along the tooth width is not less than 70%, the tooth surface shall not have severe corrosion, wear and crack.

2, the coupling ring full circle beat is not more than 0.03mm, end face circle beat is not more than 0.02mm.

3, back to the indirect cylinder or other parts should be installed according to the original symbol and data.

4. Tighten the bolts evenly with the torque wrench.

5, if it is necessary to remove the ring gear, need to use special tools, do not hit, prevent the shaft bending or damage. When back installed, the gear ring should be heated to about 200℃ and then installed on the shaft. The interference between the outer ring and the shaft is generally 0.01~0.03mm.

GICLZ drum gear coupling in the process of work, if there are two axes of relative displacement phenomenon, then it is the surface of the teeth periodic axial sliding, so it will constitute tooth surface wear and power loss, so GICLZ drum gear coupling needs to work in a better smooth and sealed state.
