A, star elastic coupling


The polyurethane plastic of the star elastic coupling is an elastic element, which has the advantages of buffering, shock absorption, wear resistance, convenient disassembly, etc., and the working temperature is -35~+80 degrees. Interchangeable with West German ROTEX coupling. The polyurethane elastomer is confined by a convex claw block to prevent internal deformation due to impact and external deformation due to centripetal force; The large concave surface of the convex claw makes the external pressure on the involute teeth small, and the teeth will not wear or deform even if they accept overload.


Two, drum gear coupling

The drum degree of the tooth length direction makes the contact condition of the tooth pair better, so the drum gear coupling has the advantages of large transmission ability, large angular displacement, stable transmission, high efficiency and long life. Therefore, it gradually replaces the straight tooth coupling, and is widely used in metallurgical machinery, heavy duty, mining machinery, lifting, transportation machinery and other transmission.


The high torque drum coupling has good impact bearing performance, but the contact stress of the tooth surface and the bending fatigue strength of the tooth root are high. If we adopt special structure, special data and special technology, then the coupling can meet the requirements of the large diameter pipe rolling mill.


With the development of China's economy, the demand for large-diameter pipe rolling machine increases, and the request for the main transmission coupling is also getting higher and higher. The coupling that meets the request has a cross universal coupling and a large torque drum gear coupling, of which the cross universal coupling torque can be reached, but the impact bearing performance is poor and the life is short, which is a big defect.


At present, the standard couplings used in domestic rolling mills can not meet the request, only reach the demand of 1/2 to 1/3 of the transfer torque, foreign professional manufacturers of couplings can meet the request, but because it uses special technology, coupled with the difficulty of manufacturing, so the price is particularly expensive. Three, diaphragm coupling


Diaphragm coupling is suitable for shafting transmission in high temperature, high speed and corrosive medium working environment. Such as water pumps (especially high-power, chemical pumps), fans, compressors, hydraulic machinery, petroleum machinery, printing machinery, textile machinery, chemical machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, aviation (helicopter), naval high-speed power transmission system, steam turbine, piston power mechanical transmission system, tracked vehicles, and generator sets high-speed, high-power mechanical transmission system, After dynamic balancing, it has been widely used in high-speed transmission shafting.


Compared with the gear coupling, the diaphragm coupling has no relative sliding, does not require smooth, sealed, noise-free, no maintenance at all, and can be locally replaced by the gear coupling. Four, plum shaped elastic coupling


The flexible coupling is mainly suitable for frequent starting, positive and reverse rotation, medium and high speed, medium torque and the workplace requiring high reliability, such as: metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, lifting, transportation, light industry, textile, water pump, fan and so on. The operating temperature is -35℃ ~ +80℃, the nominal torque is 25 ~ 12500Nm, and the allowable speed is 1500 ~ 15300r/min.


The coupling is mainly composed of two cogly teeth to receive radial extrusion to transmit torque. When the two axes have relative deviation, the elastic element will have corresponding elastic deformation and play an automatic compensation role.


The coupling shaft has the following characteristics:


1. The coupling does not need to be smooth, the maintenance workload is less, and it can be continuously operated for a long time.


2. High strength polyurethane elastic components wear resistance, oil resistance, large bearing capacity, long service life, safe and reliable.

Five, elastic pin gear coupling


The elastic pin gear coupling has the performance of compensating the relative deviation of two axes to a certain extent, which is suitable for medium and high power transmission, and is not suitable for the working parts that have certain requirements for vibration reduction and strict control of noise requirements. The elastic pin gear coupling is a pin made of a number of non-metallic materials, which is placed in the joint hole between the two half couplings and the inner surface of the outer ring, and the two half couplings are connected through the pin transmission torque.


The coupling has the following characteristics:


1. The transmission torque is large, most of the rotary diameter is smaller than the gear coupling when the same torque, small size, light weight, can partially replace the gear coupling, compared with the gear coupling, simple structure, fewer components, easier to manufacture, without gear processing machine.


2. Easy maintenance, long life, remove the stop plate can be replaced by nylon pin, nylon pin is self-moisting data, do not need to be smooth, not only save smooth oil, but also purify the working environment.


3. The lack of vibration reduction can be poor, the noise is large, but the cost is low and the price is cheap, so it is widely used in conveyor machinery and metallurgical machinery.


The nylon pin of the elastic pin gear coupling is self-moistening material, which does not need to be smooth, not only saves smooth oil, but also cleans the working environment.


Applicable place:


1. The elastic pin toothed coupling shaft has the performance of compensating the relative deviation of the two axes to a certain extent, which is suitable for medium and high power transmission, and is not suitable for the working parts that have certain requirements for vibration reduction and strict control of noise requirements.


2. The material of the elastic element pin is generally nylon, which can compensate for the deviation of two axes. The elastic part is subjected to shear when working, and the working reliability is very poor. It is only suitable for the medium-speed transmission shafting with very low request, and is not suitable for the working condition with high request for working reliability.


ZLZ type elastic pin toothed coupling with intermediate shaft is a pin made of a number of non-metallic materials, placed in the joint hole between the two half couplings and the inner surface of the outer ring, and the two half couplings are connected through the pin transmission torque.


ZLZ type elastic pin gear coupling with intermediate shaft five assembly steps are as follows (the main components are processed two half couplings and outer rings, a number of nylon rods, two baffles, a number of screws) :


1. Put the outer ring on the half coupling and install the appropriate baffle on the flange of the half coupling, and fix the outer ring and half coupling with screws.


2. Fill the nylon rod into the hole between the outer ring and the half coupling.


3. Install the other half coupling in the outer ring.


4. Insert the additional nylon rod into the hole of the outer ring and half coupling.


5. Finally, fix the other baffle with the coupling outer ring with screws.


After the above steps we understand the assembly process of the elastic pin gear coupling, its function is to transmit torque through the shear of the nylon rod profile during work, and can partially replace the gear coupling.


Six, sliding block coupling


The structure of the slide block coupling is similar to that of the cross slide coupling, except that the middle cross slide block is a square slide block, and the middle slide block is used to slide in the corresponding radial groove of the end face of the half coupling on both sides to complete the connection of the two half couplings.


The coupling has large noise, low efficiency and fast wear, and is generally not selected as far as possible. As long as the speed is very low, the slider coupling specified in this specification is suitable for oil pump installation or other places with small transmission torque, and has certain compensation for the relative offset of two axes, shock absorption and relaxation performance; Its operating temperature is -20 ~ 70°C. Transmission nominal torque is 16 ~ 500N.m.


Allowable compensation of slide coupling: axial △ x=1 ~ 2mm, radial △ y ≤ 0.2mm, angular △α≤ 40 '.


Seven, cross slide coupling


The data of the cross slide coupling parts can be 45 steel, and the working surface needs to stop thermal treatment to improve its hardness; Q275 steel can also be used when the request is low, without stopping the thermal treatment. In order to reduce friction and wear, oil should be injected into the oil hole of the intermediate disc to stop smooth.


Cross slider coupling also known as metal slider coupling, the slider is circular, made of steel or wear-resistant alloy, suitable for low speed, large transmission torque transmission.


The cross slide coupling consists of two half couplings with grooves in the end face and an intermediate disc with convex teeth on both sides. Because the convex teeth can slide in the groove, it can compensate the relative displacement between the two axes during the device and operation. Since the semi-coupling and the intermediate disc form a moving pair, relative rotation cannot occur, so the angular speed of the drive shaft and the driven shaft should be equal.


However, when working under the condition of relative displacement between the two axes, the intermediate disc will produce a large centripetal force, thereby increasing the dynamic load and wear. Therefore, when selecting, it should be noted that its working speed should not be greater than the regular value. This coupling is generally used for speed n<250r/min, the rigidity of the shaft is large, and there is no violent impact.
