It has replaced the spur gear coupling and is more and more widely used in the development of technology and technology in various mechanical 

transmissions. The spur gear coupling is replaced by the drum gear coupling. The half coupling and the drive plate are connected into an elastic 

section through elastic sleeve pins, and the drive plate and the intermediate section are fastened together through bolts; the half coupling is 

connected to the other end of the intermediate section through the diaphragm group through diaphragm bolts Fastened together to form flexible

segments.

It can produce elastic deformation when loaded. On the one hand, it plays the role of compensating the relative displacement of the two 

connected axes. At the same time, it can achieve a buffering effect by storing elastic deformation. It can also adjust the natural frequency 

of the shaft system by changing thestiffness of the coupling.  in order to reduce vibration and avoid resonance, try not to use any gaskets 

for sealing the joint surfaces of the reducer cover and machine base.


The parts must be cleaned before assembly. The rolling bearings must be cleaned with gasoline or a good quality cleaning machine and

blown dry with compressed air. After the reducer is assembled, the test run should be carried out. The test run speed should be close to

the rated speed of the reducer. 

It is strictly forbidden to add abrasives and impurities to the lubricating oil during the test run. The tooth surface contact rate must meet

the specified grade requirements. After the reducer is qualified, the reducer that has not passed the inspection cannot be machine 

assembled and put into storage.
