If the bolt installation direction is not standardized, it is easy to cause the bolt to skew, resulting in distortion of the diaphragm. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the direction of the bolt when installing the bolt, and do not change the direction of the bolt at will, otherwise it will cause serious consequences of the distortion of the diaphragm, and long-term operation will cause damage to the surface of the diaphragm and the bolt mating section and the hole of the half shaft joint.
Diaphragm coupling correct bolt installation method:
First of all, the bolt is pierced from the outer side of the flange hole, and then into the diaphragm hole (warm tips: pay special attention to the direction of the diaphragm, the diaphragm is composed of many individual sheets by the rivet and the rivet washer, the rivet washer should be in contact with the buffer sleeve, otherwise it will affect the service life of the rivet group).
Then the outer side of the large hole of another flange is pierced into the cushion sleeve and the elastic washer. When tightening the nut, pay attention to the bolt not to rotate, because the surface of the bolt and the flange is a very important mating section for transferring torque, and the surface integrity directly affects the performance.
