Coupling fixing mode:

1, fastening bolt type: this low-cost type is the traditional fixing way. However, the front end of the bolt is in direct contact with the end center, which may cause damage to the shaft or make it difficult to remove.

2, clamping type: the use of countersunk bolt tightening force to shrink the slit, and the shaft tightly clamping. Easy to fix and disassemble, and not thousands of shaft damage.

3. Separation type: separation type is characterized by completely separate shaft sleeve, which can achieve the purpose of fixing and disassembling without moving device.

4, semi-separated type: this type is one side of the clamping type sleeve, the other side of the separation type sleeve, the first side of the shaft is fixed in the clamping type sleeve, and then the device end of the shaft mounted in the separation type sleeve.

5, keyway type: this type and fastening bolt type, is the most traditional fixing way, suitable for high torque transmission, in order to prevent axial movement, usually with fastening bolt type, clamping type.
